i'm trying to figure out if my mother, who has been taking flagyl for a few months for c.diff, is having a babs herx or a lyme herx.

she's experiencing rocking vertigo, hair loss.

what have other people experienced, lyme-wise and/or babs-wise?

Hair loss can be thyroid function too.

The rocking vertigo can be babesia....could be Lyme also.

Any night sweats? Air hunger?

Is your Mom on any other meds?

Has your Mom been diagnosed with Lyme?

On flagyl....I had the worst headache 24/7 as well as really

Bad body aches and pains.....I don't recall vertigo or hair loss.

Hope this helps....

So hard to pinpoint specific symptoms/infections since there is so much overlap.

Hugs,

Geneal
