Just recieved the Mcdavid sleeve for my son. The same brand that NBA players wear minus the elbow protection. He loves the Mcdsvid sleeve. If you would like info check it out at:
And There is also a sleeve made by underarmor, with slight larger biceps which didnt work for him being so skinny from lyme. But a comfortable alternative. Check this one out here:

I was going to get one, but it was to tite fitting and didnt seem like it would let the site breathe, i dont know thats just what i was thinking if its working out for your son i may get one. brian

The material is wonderful, he prefers the mcdavid which also streches a lot but the under armor is a bit bigger. Definately worth the buy!
