I also posted this in the Seeking Doctor section, so sorry if you have read it already.
Here is my background.
I work part time as a taxidermist, and know I have been bitten 2 times in the past year. There is an almost daily exposure to ticks at certain times of the year.
I began to ache a few months ago and told my wife that I thought I may have Lyme.
I could sleep all day, most days, if given the chance.
Recently (in the past month) I have been experiencing palpitations, which lead to cardiac tests, showing a partial left bundle branch block.
The cardiologist does not feel that there is anything serious with the heart.
I have a terrible time concentrating and lose my train of thought very easily. I experienced one mild tremor, almost like a brain vibration.
I have had chest pains, a stiff neck almost daily, ringing in my ears, and a mild pressure headache.
I fell like my eyes are open wider than normal as well. My wife says bad breath has become an issue.
Most of the symptoms are not everyday, and have not been extreme(i.e. joint pain, headaches)but are persistant when they occur.
I am nearing the end of my rope, the Drs. are so focused on the palps and lbbb that I feel things are being overlooked.
Thank you all.

It certainly matches Lyme symptoms.
There is a pretty comprehensive Lyme symptom list at Canlyme.
Go through it and mark every symptom you have.
When I did (part of my search to find what was wrong with me),
I had marked 54 out of 75 symptoms.
Hang in there. Glad you posted in Seeking Doctors as you need a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor.
Hugs,

Yes, you are describing what most people would call very strong clinical symptoms of lyme and or co-infections such as Babesia and Bartonolla.
Dont be in lyme denial like I was for years. I always had an explanation of why I did not feel well. Get tested, at a qualified lab and get a good doctor that knows how to dx and treat lyme.
PS I had similar symptoms 10 years ago after bite, given 2 weeks of doxycy, now 10- years later i'm still sick and finally getting proper medical treatment.
