Would rather not do the enema route, but maybe that's best.

Any other great methods??

I had a CT scan this a.m. .. stomach feels like it's concrete now.

PS, I can't tolerate Vitamin C. I've been taking stool softeners, Miralax, and magnesium.

Coffee enema? Detox tea? Lots of water and then more water. That's good drinking water, not enema water. I'm going to Walgreens tomorrow and I know I have distilled water on my shopping list. I will drink a gallon on Wed.

I'm in need of some major detoxing this week. Have I ever mentioned I HATE ABX?

I remember that nasty stuff.. but I am sorry I had the opposite problem with it... and it took a LONG time to get over it.

Tip- Keep a bathtub handy to sit in.. that stuff burns!!!

Sorry you are feeling like you swallowed a chunk of road pavement.

Please let us know how it comes out in the end.

NOT literally.. of course.. just how you got the cement moving. And I hope it does soon!

Keep dropping those drawers tutu... ok? Maybe that will help.

I used to do Modified Barium Swallow Studies all the time (2-3 per day!).

I never used straight barium. It can be cut with water and not loose it's shadow on an x-ray.

Drink tons of water. Water, water, water.

That is what I used to tell my patients.

That is all I know.

Actually, my dog is on a product called enulose.

It is to make his stool soft. This is following a major surgery.

It draws water into the stomach and intestines to soften up the stool.

However, it does it with sugar.

That may help short term.

Hugs,

Geneal
