I suppose I should ask my home nurse about this, but what use is the internet if I can't get questions answered at 11:00 at night?
I just started doing IV antibiotics. I know you're supposed to usually take it at the same time every day, but of course for my first dose, I got stuck with whatever time the infusion company had open. I'd like to switch from doing them in the evenings to mornings, though.
I can't just slowly scoot it earlier, because I work. Has this come up for anyone else?

I am dealing with the same issue, but I want to switch my infusions from morning to evening. I am thinking about waiting to the weekend and nudge my Friday dose later in the morning by an hour or so, then Saturday and Sunday move them by a few hours later each. I am hoping then by Monday I will be adjusted to an evening infusion time without too much disruption to the schedule. We'll see.
Good luck!

When I did IV, I had the same issue. Nudged it down in 2 hour increments - that was the "window" for time changes given by my doc.
Maybe you could call your doc (or the infusion company) and ask how best to go about it.
You want to get your doses on time, but you also have to live your life.
