So, I am just finishing roughly 21 days on 750mg Tetracycline twice daily. (1500mg total)
This is the first treatment for Lyme I have had.
The past few days, I have felt more tired, more flu-like.
I was bit by another tick about a week and a half ago.
I had tons of blood drawn today for more tests requested by my LLMD at my first visit.
He wanted me to get bloodwork done after I had been on the abx for a few weeks.
I see him again in 2 weeks but I still feel crummy, actually, I feel worse.
Sleeping more, flu-like, night sweats, and, um a little embarrassing but, unexplained lactation.
What do you think is going on?
Should I call him tommorrow to ask whether I should get a refill on the meds?

You most certainly should continue treatment. Tetracycline is fine, assuming you only have Lyme and not a co-infection like Bartonella and Babesia.
Remember, most labs are not capable of providing accurate results for all three.
-------------------- I am not a physician, so do your own research to confirm any ideas given and then speak with a health care provider you trust.
My husband's first med in his ongoing Lyme battle was Tetracycline. Can't remember the dose, but he was on it for 2 months and had a very, very rough time of it. In retrospect, I think it was a massive herx. I also think that it really brought down his germ load. It was very unpleasant, but productive.
The next combination he was on (again my memory is a bit foggy, perhaps Biaxin plus Plaquenil) was much smoother.
If you have concerns about this, or anything else in your treatment, I'd encourage you to contact your LLMD. Especially when you are just starting treatment, it's natural to feel very uncertain about what symptoms are side effects versus herxheimer reactions versus symptom flares. Over time, you will begin to sort it out.
And unfortunately, the nature of the treatment is that things sometimes get worse before they get better. But they do get better.
I'm sure your LLMD has told you already, but be sure you are taking something to control yeast (candida) like a probiotic or a prescription medication like Nystatin.
Also taking steps to detoxify (detox), that is clear out the dead buggers that are accumulating in your system as the antibiotic kills them off, is important. There are many threads with suggestions for that.
And keep posting your questions. You have found a wonderfully supportive community here. I don't know what I'd do without Lymenet.
Take care, and let us know what your doctor says and how things are going.
