I am not sure this will "fly' in the medical section, but here is my reasoning for posting here:

"Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food" Hippocrates 460 - 359 BC

Ok so here it is and it is simple:

Greek yogurt (0 fat, lowfat, or full fat)

a drop or two of alcohol free banana flavor
http://www.frontiercoop.com/dspCmnPrd.php?p=p&cn=Banana%20Flavor&ct=ssbfbf

and a drop or two of alcohol free coconut flavor
http://www.frontiercoop.com/dspCmnPrd.php?p=p&cn=Coconut%20Flavor&ct=ssbfbf

a pinch of stevia

Mix well

So here's the deal. It is sugar free, alcohol free and full of probiotics. Frontier has lots of other flavors available. Check the website. ( No I don't work for them)

Summer is here and I know I am gonna want ice cream. I think this will help. ( I will of course have some very itsy bitsy small amount of ice cream).

Be well,
robi

Where do you find Greek yogurt?

Try a health food store. I know Whole Foods carries it. Stonyfield Farms even has a line of greek style plain yogurt they sell under another name.

The brand I see in a lot of supermarkets is called Fage. I agree, it is great! It does take care of the ice cream cravings. It doesn't have that really tartness like with regular yogurt. Even the non-fat is so good. The Stonyfield farms one is called Oikos. It is in our local supermarket (ShopRite) too.

I LOVE this stuff!!! I get mine at my local A&P and Shoprite. You could check a few other local stores. It is truly heavenly.

Is it legal? If it is, I am going to go swimming in a vat of it with my mouth wide open with banana flavoring being drizzled all over me! [lol]
