dr klinghardt say that take chlorella 30 minutes before main meals and at bedtime
i am using multimineral vitamin combination and MMS. i wonder how many hours before or after from chlorella can i take vit min combination ?
can chlorella bound the MMS?

I know you want to take chlorella away from Vit C as Vit C makes chlorella drop the metals. I'm not sure about other nutrients and I no longer remember how far away to take Vit C, so I have temporarily stopped Vit C.

Could you give a reference for where this info comes from (about Vit C)? I once told my LLMD (who pays attention to Klinghard's information) that I'd heard that on Lymenet and he didn't know about it. I'd love to know more.
