Moose, can you tell us what the Igenex explanation / legend says about the results? I think they have some wording that is specific to their results...

Hey moose...
Sorry about asking you this..
But the IgG and IgM are hard to tell apart?
Is this from 2 seperate tests? I can't tell them apart and know if it means 41 ++ or what.
Be happy to try.. but need it sorted a bit better if you don't mind.

I rearranged the columns so it's a bit more clear now. Yes, that is a 41++. Sorry about the confusion.

According to IGeneX, the IgG is positive if two or more of bands deemed "clinically significant" are present. Bands 31, 34, and 41 are all like this, so my IgG is considered positive.
The IgM goes by the same criteria, so my results in that area are considered negative. The indeterminate 39 is interesting, thought, I think, since 39 is extremely Lyme-specific.

You have Lyme specific bands, so it looks positive, I hope you realize that Lyme disease is a clinical diagnosis, and the lab data is supposed to be used as a supportive measure to support the diagnosis only. A negative test does NOT rule out Lyme.
