Hi everyone. I have an appoitment scheduled with a LLMD ON 05/01. I was wondering if anyone experiences cramping due to Lyme, which I've read is a symptom, and how it manifests with them. If you have, can you suggest something that might help until I see the Doc? [confused]

I've had a bunch of neurological symptoms, including cognitive dysfunction, which I listed in another post, 30+ symptoms from the Burrascano guidelines, but I obviously have not been diagnosed yet.

For the past two weeks the other symptoms have stopped with the exception of occasional Bell's palsy, sometimes feeling like it over the bridge of my nose, but even that has gone away almost completely.

I have muscle spasms again, but not overwhelmingly, bad cramping in my right leg (and a tiny bit on my left now), which never stops and I feel stiffness in my right arm and some tightness/minor cramps in my chest on the right side.

The cramping began, followed by a day where I felt like my leg was tingling, similar to when your limb regains sensation after being asleep, but it was COLD, feeling like it was submerged in cold water. Cold hands and feet, by the way is chronic.

Also, consistent ankle pain on both sides, which has gotten a little better, and wrists pain, buy no swelling that I can see. In addition, I experience jaw and dental pain, my soles hurt and at times burn, hypnic jerks, stress incontinence and bladder urgency, increasing sleep dysfunctions (early and frequent waking, a stabbing pain last night).

Moreover, I have headaches, and eye pressure, sore throat, and occasional bouts of swollen lymph nodes, popping ears, dry and productive cough and sinus pain.

I am afraid that this might be ALS, of course, as oppOsed to Lyme, but I don't have any answers right now and on paper, considering my history it is unlikely that I have ALS. Let me know what you think and if you have any recommendations for helping the symptoms and/of for pain management.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this. [bow]

Just wanted to say, boy you put my symptoms in words better than I have been able to, yet.

I don't have any answers yet, though. My test headed out for Igenex yesterday. Now we wait.
