Hello Radha,
I can't tell you if they will cause a herx, but the zellulisan ointment seems to help my mother's achy joints and inflammation in general.
Although I haven't ordered from them, yet; I have gotten pekana products from an alternative doctor my mother saw.

I have ordered many times from the site LymeinSF gave you. You can have a free consult when ordering according to their website.
I've only used their drainage remedy products with abx and other treatment so I can't say whether you will have a reaction without other treatment. My ND said that my reaction (I felt awful for about a month) meant that I needed it. I'm still on various remedies and have found that they help me a great deal.

The Pekana remedies make me herx terribly, I always have to start with about an 1/8 of the recommended dose and work my way up. Everything makes me herx terribly though...
