I've been trying my best to be cheerfull and optimistic since being bit almost a year ago. Through nobody believing it was Lyme.

Through all the misdiagnoses (including MS). Through the brain lesions and finally correct dx of Lyme and Bart.

Through all the neuro signs. Through the drug changes. Through two babies and a move.

Through people telling me I look fine and I thus must be fine. But now I'm depressed.

Really, really depressed. And I'm wondering if this tingling in my foot and leg and l'hermittes sign will ever go away.

Wondering if I do in fact have MS regardless of what caused it. Wondering if I'll get more lesions despite my best efforts.

Does anyone have any advice? I'm just rambling and really down. Thanks. Allison

I think lyme or these other bugs force depression on, I think thats how they take over, they make you depressed so your immune system shuts down. SSRIs talk to the T cells, look it up!

I agree with James. Lyme causes depression... and add to that all the &%$# we as patients go through.
