Me. But I have a great exercise regimen and do a lot of detox and focus on healthy eating. I also have a low-stress lifestyle (other than coping with LD!). I have had a lot of improvement with abx.

I'm sure herbal supplements can be very helpful, too - many on the board have had a lot of success with them.

Best -

Me to, only abxs and supplements for the last year, have had good results. LLMD said some herbs might be in the future, used as a maintenance tool.

Me. I am afraid of herbs as I am allergic to so many things. I do abx and supplements - and not very many of those.

I am getting better slowly. It has been 3 years since tx, too many years before I was diagnosed.

I take so many pills every day, and get so many GI reactions, that I'm thinking it may be best for me to pare down the number of pills i pop.

thanx, all, for letting me know what's working for you.

For some reason, Buhner's herbs don't agree with me or just don't do anything. Resveratrol gives me a headache. But, I'm so sensitive to everything anyway.

However, Cumanda/burbur seem to moderately help. I think cumanda helps with yeast.

The only abx I can tolerate so far is Doxy, but LLMD took me off after 5 months, and now I'm on plaguenil
