I live in Mass,I was unaware that a LLMD in snother state can't write a perscrition for IV rocephin even though he said that is the way to go for me at this point,,local DR's won;t hear of it,,totally frustrated at this point.Any suggestions,,help !!!!

If the LLMD uses a particular infusion company,
ask them if any doctor's in your state use them
and call one of those doctors.

I got out the Yellow Pages and called Infusion Companies in my city; I found one where my out-of-state doctor would fax the scripts directly to them; You may want to ask to speak to an office manager at the infusion company if you're not making any progress; most are anxious to accept the out-of-state scripts for IV Rocephin as it turns quite a profit for them; Incidentally, I would go in each week to the Infusion Company and have my PICC line cleaned and get more IV Rocephin....Hope this helps...
