I want to start taking this orally.

Does anyone else take it? Do you feel it helps you? How much and what kind should I use?

thanks!

I take this. It was recommended by my Gyn, oddly enough, who I bemoaned my problems with my gut to.

She had it in her office, sold in capsules from Professional Solutions. Don't know if it's available to general public.

Has it helped? Not sure, because at the same time, I loaded up on other meds to help me out. But, it's not hurting things. I take 1 capsule of 230mg of Origanum vulgare/32mg Carvcrol. 2 are recommended, but my memory sucks, so I only get 1 in.

I take it about 3 days a week, and have found it tremendously helpful in fighting yeast. No herx at all from it.

Thank you for reminding me that I have to order some, I'm out of it! I totally forgot!

At first, I kept having this taste of orgenano and a few times had some nasty cramps. But, other than that it doesn't bother me.

I am not sure how well it has worked because of being on so many different suppliments. . I do believe that it doesn't start working until it hits your small intestine.

I haven't herxed from it either but I would start off very slowly with it so that you don't get any cramps from it. They were the kind that you are doubled over and breathing like you are in labor!

I wish I could remember the brand. I get it from my llmd. I do take 1 pill 2 times a day.

I think my cramps where do to me taking them too close together. So as long as you space them out I don't feel you will have cramps like that!

No, my Dr. is Dr. G in philly. You really should give it a try and see.

Like I said I think I didn't space them out enough, so the cramps were due to that.

Let me know if you do take it and if it was ok for you.
