Hi,

Can anyone tell me the best time of day to take Milk Thistle...with or without food...w/ abx and other supplements?

I am starting to take Jarrow 150mg x3 for liver support.

I'm not sure but I am bumping this up for answers.

I would think evening is best b/c the liver does a lot of it's work at night. But I honestly am guessing.

I don't know if there is a "best" time... but I take mine each morning.. it is a liquid extract so less pills to swallow...

And I take it with a bunch of other stuff.. including antibiotics... so with food.

Works well for me.

My LLMD always says at night before bed, as the liver is at work then!
