I'm on antibiotics and diflucan and I've been having a terrible headache for 18 days and going. I certainly hope it's a herx because it's a powerful one!
Does anyone have any suggestion for dealing with Lyme headaches?

Definitely watch your diet because some of that headache could be from yeast die-off since you are on Diflucan.
ARe you doing anything to detox?? Maybe an epsom salt bath would help remove toxins?
SOUNDS like a herx of some sort! Hope it goes away soon!!

You have to detox to get rid of the neurotoxins while taking abx.
I used glutathione and it always helped.
Also, be careful about caffeine containing pain relievers. They gave me horrible rebound headaches.
