I was just told I have both of these also...and LYME, babs and bart. What are these and how could I have these after all the abx? Now I really do think I am going to drop dead..very scared.

Also, one of the primo researchers in mycoplasma is Dr. Garth Nicolson (he does not see patients and is widely published, so it's okay to list his name).
He also has written about other "stealth" (chronic) infections.

Note: while you can look up chronic Cpn (chlamydia pneumonia) most doctors don't agree it's a big deal. Same with mycoplasma.
Again, as with chronic lyme and other TBI (tick-borne infections), there are few doctors who have studied these "stealth" infections and their relationship to chronic illness. So, be sure you have a doctor treating you who is familiar with the best researchers in this area.
Now addressing your reaction. It's normal to feel overwhelmed. A few weeks ago I found out that I have really high tests for Cpn.
It has been very discouraging. Still, our learning what the truth is can only give us power as we can narrow down the plan.
Also... we're all just some sort of water park with skin. I think of lots of microscopic ocean critters, some welcome and some not. I am trying to increase the population of the good guys and have the other bad fishes just melt away.
Others have gotten better. It is possible and, with knowledge, you have a good chance. It may not require too much more, but just some adjusting and shifting.
