My sister was diagnosed with Lyme disease last year and is currently receiving treatment. As a precaution, I decided to test myself after feeling symptoms of headaches, joint pain, fatigue, and brain fog. I received results today and was negative by CDC and IGeneX guidelines but still had some + and IND bands.
For IgG: Band 41: ++ Band 31,39: IND
For IgM: Band 23-25, 58: + Band 31,39, 41: IND
What do you guys think... any chance of me having Lyme? Thanks in advance for any responses and advice.

You are positive for lyme disease. Start treatment soon.
Just one IND means the test is positive by LLMD standards.

"In my clinical experience, if a patient has symptoms suspicious for borreliosis, and has one or more of the following bands, there is a very high probability the patient has borreliosis.
These bands are 18, 22, 23-25, 28, 30, 31, 34, 37, 39, 41, 83, and 93.
This is true regardless of whether it is IgG or IgM..."

"The significant antibodies, in my opinion, are the 18, 23-25, 28, 30, 31, 34, 39, 58, 66 and 93."
Your positive and IND bands are in bold. Be sure to read the above link. The important parts are in bold.
Following his explanation is an important discussion of band 41 you'll be interested in as well!

hi, in european evaluation you have a negative igg and a positive igm at 98% specifity (in 53% sensitivity criteria), tipical of neurologic species that develop less bands, the dude is the frcuent cross-reaction of ospC;
european evaluation of your bands:
31 is not considered;
41 is very important only if strong (+++) reaction in igm, is enough for a positive igm;
39 is very important band in igg and igm;
23-25 is very important band only in igm, but have a 5% false positive in healthy people, cross reaction with ebv, and others;
58 is a important band in igg but is not considered in igm
these indet results is the worse, but the posibility of have lyme exist, greetings
