So my temp has been down low for some time, even after starting on Armour Thyroid.
Recently I increased my dose of Armour after another thyroid test. I've been feeling just a teeny bit more energetic and now I'm noticing that my temp is averaging around 99. This is good, right?
(My doc's not available right during the long weekend, so I'm hoping you all will have some reassurance for me.)

Mostly I would say don't worry. Sounds like you are feeling OK.
There is a range of normal and 99 most consider within normal limits.
Ovulation causes a raise in body temp as well.
It is weird having your normal temp change when you treat thyroid huh? I am closer to 98 now.
99+ is a low grade fever for me I feel, because it coincides with a cycle of symptoms.
If I were you, I would take my temp morning and night and document it and how you feel, so you can start to figure out what a new normal is for you. Von

I too found that my temperature was fluctuating as I was changing doses on my Armour Thyroid.
Although my doctor does rely on blood tests, a huge factor is how I'm actually feeling, so from what I'm understanding, the goal is to FEEL the best you can.
Some of us feel more "normal" at different temperatures. Good luck.
