If you are talking about the Samento I was told by the company I ordered from that you would have to take many, many pills a day (sorry I don't recall the number) to equal the amount of drops you need to take. It was going to be prohibitively expensive to take the pills so I ordered the drops and the amount to take a day is to work up slowly to 15 drops twice a day 15 minutes before meals. You are to put the drops into approx. 4 oz. of water and let it sit for one minute and then drink and then not eat for 15 minutes.
Perhaps you can either call the company and ask for the number of pills a day and then when you run out of them order the drops or order the drops now. By the way, the drops have no taste that I can discern.

If you are comparing the Nutramedix Samento drops vs. the Nutramedix Samento capsules- I think 2-3 drops = 1 capsule. So you would have to take a heck of a lot of capsules. Pretty much about 5 each time.
The Saventero, which is what is sounds like you are on, I think each casule is only 20mg, a lot less than the amount in the Nutramedix Samento capsule. The ratio or amount of POA might be different though, even though they both don't have TOAs.
I've tried all three of those and prefer the Saventero and the Nutramedix drops. Right now I'm working with the drops. I know there is also a Raintree capsule cat's claw that is supposed to be pretty good as well.
good luck, hope the info. helps

I just came on to post about cats claw....!
I'm off all abx for past 3 months to clean up yeast.
Dr said to start cats claw. I use allergy resource group. One capsule is 375 mg of cats claw.
Well, i can't handle it. I started taking one a day. that was too much
I am doing one every two to three days and its still wearing me down.
don't know what to do. keep trying or stop.
it definitely is doing something though.
Within hours of taking it my neuro lyme systems came roaring back (muscle twitching, speech problems, swallowing prob, facial numbness, confusion, difficulty falling asleep...)

I guess you gotta just see how bad it gets and then when you feel like letting off for a bit, hold off for a few days/a week. I dunno. You gotta listen to your body for sure.
Another option might be to get some empty capsules or a container and pour out about 1/2 or 3/4s of the herb into either of those and save it for later use. Maybe try taking one 1/2 or 1/4 full caspsule each day for a week or two.
Right now for me seems like 2-3 drops or 1 capsule per day is just about the max that feels comfortable to take. Same with the Japanese Knotweed about 1 caspule a day is max for me. Seems like both of these herbs are doing something along with my 3 month period of Tetracycline. I think the Cat's claw really does work for me.
If I take too much it wears me down (aka more symptoms), if I take a little bit it takes the edge off.
only time will tell.
