Depending on the severity of the symptoms, your LLMD might see it as a "flare" and do some maintenance abx.

But, the way you're describing it, your LLMD may want to get you back on treatment asap.

My mother relapsed twice before "permanent" remission of Lyme. Each revisiting of the treatment was easier so don't look back to those bad memories as it may be all for not.

Most importantly, don't ignore it out of fear...it may be no big deal at all...maybe just some clean-up work.

I know it's horrible and scary but my LLMD truly believes that it's a maintenance thing and when they (the TBD's) rear their ugly heads, you NOW have the knowledge and the power to nip it in the bud.

It won't rule you, you will rule IT/THEM.

Best,

So sorry to hear that. At least u have months of stastanabilty. I do well for maybe 2 weeks and then crash and burn.

My LLMD thinks that I still have the lyme in me and I have to detox, because I have taken all the antibiotics and there's really nothing left to do except detox at this point.

She's also tryin to figure out how I can create energy using my own body to help my body learn how to fight again. For example she is having me take B-12/folic acid shots again. Co-Q10, ribose (powder), l-caritine etc. She would have me do MUCH more, but I can't afford it.

Anyways maybe you can try to build your immune system back up like that to see if that helps. Other wise you might have to stay on low doses of antibitoics like the rest of us.

Good luck!
Lindsay

Go back to the Antibiotic that helped you the most.
