I have been a neuropsychiatric lyme patient for 35 years. It was diagnosed 4 years ago. I have a depression for 4 months but it has decreased. My most significant complaints are memory loss, fatigue and depression.
I had spect 10 years ago and there was blood flow decrease in the most part of brain blood flow area. I have been using MMS about 70 days and it is seen in the last spect that the brain blood flow is completely normal. Though decreased, I have still brain fog. I do not know whether I should be happy or sad for that. What is the factor that causes brain fog if brain perfusion is enough? thank you for any input. ahmet

toxins? Maybe you should try some cholestyramine...

Depression can also cause cognitive problems...are you treating it?

At first I had three SPECTS which showed decreased CBF. I was in treatment for a while, and felt better. My SPECT is now normal. BUT I still have brain fog and memory problems too...

Have you been using abx?

Try cholestopure ( if you can not get cholesteramine from your ins)to bind Mold toxins if you have been exsposed to it and your body can not detoxify it also or other neurotoxins .

Also Candida /yeast if you have been on antibiotics ( MMS can do that too).Get some herbs combination or nystatin or rotate with diflucan to kill the yeast!

i had used ab before . but it didn t worked(rochephin 2 gram/day 8 months, ketek 800 mg day 3 month,roxythromycin 600 mg day 3 month and flagyl )
i have used MMS for 70 days.i have had severe herx at the beginning.(40-50 days). herx is decreased but continue
i am using chlorella, resveratrol,NAC(n acetyl sistein),ginger, multivitamine mineral and last 5 days low dose naltrexone
i wonder, neurolyme made damage in my brain? or could be neurotoxin and ammonium accumulation in my brain?

thank you for recommendations
i think i haven t candida problems. because i haven t abdominal problem.(gas, bloating,diarrhea,constipation,pain)and i don t use antibiotic for a long time(about 2 years)
i don t tolerate cholestopure because of taste and frequent usage. instead of cholestopure, i am using chlorella for toxins
