I;m into my second week of IV ROC.the first week I pushed 1g,,7 days.I had no sideeffects, good or bad.Day 8 I was pushing 2gx7days.The very first day on 2g's,,I got very fatigued and very weak, hands shake,,but mostly extreme tiredness. So I guess I'm wondering if this is the Rocephin working,,or sympthoms progressing?

Hi, I was on IV ROC for two weeks and seemed to be doing pretty well. My body pain was 80% better. Four days on and three days off 2Mg twice a day. Then I started Flagyl and my liver enym went right up,so they took me off all abx. I felt like hell and my body pain and brain fog came back.
Yesterday I stared by on IV ROC and slept most of the day. Also, lots of sweating and chills. I feel and hear pounding in my head and ears, also, have slight headache. But my body pain is 80% better.
I don't know what all this means, but I do feel confident with my LLMD. Hope that helps you alittle bit. Atheana
