In a previous threat you speak highly of a "Dr. M" Can you please tell me where she/he is out of (state) I have just been diagnosed and have been sick for 1.5 years. I have an appt with an LLMD (not Dr. M!) and am waiting to go but would be interested to hear where this doctor is out of. I assume they don't take insurance?
