I've had a strange rash on my chest for the last 2 weeks. I sort of looks like poison ivy, chicken pox or a major acne break out. I would say poison ivy but it doesn't itch all the time and hasn't spread anywhere else. It can't be chicken pox, I had them when I was younger. And I'm pretty sure it's not a major case of pimples/acne as it is itchy and nothing seems to clear it up.I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and what was done to help. I'm almost tempted to go outside and get a sun-burn just to zap it away.

My daughters lyme rash looked like poison ivy.

I know someone that took her 2 children to

dr.J. (until she was too sick to get there)

I remember her telling me that he had pictures

in the waiting room of all these different

rashes.

4 of us have lyme, only one rash among us

and it was not a bullseye.

I broke out in a rash due to a mepron side effect. Sounds similar to the rash you described. My doc told me to take benadryl...I've been taking two at night, and so far it's helping.

I'm on Mepron and tried taking Benedryl but it only made me really sleepy and didn't help with the rash. I was also told I shouldn't take Benedryl as it might be the cause for my heart fluttering. The rash is more of an eye sore more than anything else.
