I just started Mepron and was told by my Dr that I need to eat fatty foods with it. What do you eat when you take it?

Peanut butter or cream cheese with a brown rice cake, deviled eggs and bacon with eggs. But any fat will do even olive oil salad dressings.
I usually tried for about 10-15 grams of fat.

Bacon in the morning and ice cream at night.

Easy to cook bacon up in advance for a couple of days... and ice cream is easy any time of day or night.

Oh how I long for my Mepron.... those were the good old days.

I always used Mepron as an excuse to have a big spoonful of ice cream, but I also found that a piece of cheese works as well if you aren't in the mood for sweet. I also found it worked best if I took a bite of ice cream, Mepron, then another bite of ice cream. Just minimizes the possibility of feeling crummy.

Good luck!

I just started Mepron a few days ago. I am eating a spoonful of peanut butter with it. Ice cream would be good, but I am trying to avoid sugar...

I eat a sprouted grain bagel with coconut oil and almond butter for breakfast.

I don't have any trouble finding things with fat for dinner. If it doesn't have enough fat, I douse it with coconut oil.
