How do most of you deal with any tightness, cramping, straining of the muscles.
I have been having issues with my legs, especially the hamstrings. It seems that everyday after being up and walking around for a while, they just tighten up and begin to ache.
I am stretching lightly every day and doing very light exercise to keep form but I still battle this issue every day. It is one of my worst symptoms. A few days ago I was inside the local Home Depot and this happened. I had to find the nearest shopping carriage and hobble my way out of the store to my car. A few hours later with rest I was fine again. Then the whole process repeats itself when I am active.
Any advice?
Dave

I would try things to reduce inflammation. There's bromelain, nattokinase, lumbrokinase, mangosteen, etc that may help!!
Drinking lots of water and detoxing?

Hi DG
I had extreamily tight muscles for about 15 yrs or so-
Popped my Hamstring about 3 months or so after getting sick- I could hear it snap -
I had 2 massage therapists tell me that I had the tightest muscles they had ever felt-
I felt like I was lifting weights 24X7 -
Once I started Babs treatment the Tightness went away completely in about 3 months -- AAAhhhh --Jay--

my muscles are extremly tight, Ive had two Physical therapist tell me with a very concearned look that my muscles should not be this tight.
Some of the muscles I notice more than others. Like for instance, my pelvic muscles and hip flexors I always notice. These become tight, from walking short distances like shopping, or riding in a car.
Hamstrings, while tight, I notice less. But also keep in mine our bodies will over compensate for other areas that may also be tight.
I think taking levaquin maybe helping somewhat, but its not like im normal again.
interesting groovy, what you found with treating babesia.
I stretch twice a day and my muscles are still tight. they were somewhat tight pre lyme, ive never been able to touch my toes, but this is just insane. Im only 32!!
