Vodka rinse (2xD) ? as a dental rinse ? The sugar in that might not be great and the alcohol can be absorbed into your bloodstream.

Mangosteen, Green Tea, Cranberry Juice can all stain teeth - but still very good for health. Do you rinse with water right afterward?

A tiny bit of baking soda (dissolved) and gently brushed on might help.

i brush with toothpaste, then rinse with water.

next, i flush with a bit of Vodka for 2 mins then rinse with water (like you would mouthwash). i'm careful not to swallow.

my LLMD started me with peroxide months ago.. he upgraded me to Vodka many wks ago.

my mom is not using the Vodka.

Have you asked your Dr about this? I would definitely bring it up to them.

flouride will turn teeth brown as well. Ask your dentist about floridosis. Also look for picture on the internet for those who have to see how compares with your teeth.

When I started to avoid all flouride the stains went away. It can take your body a while to remove the floride. If you are using floride toothpaste, suggest you find an alternative without floride. Also important is to filter all water you are drinking to remove floride and other contaminants.

Sonicbmx, I'm under the impression some medications, such as those in the Tetracycline family, which you are not taking, can stain adult teeth. I Googled this last month (saw photos) and asked my dentist, who confirmed it. But apparently a professional cleaning can remove the discoloration. If you find out what is causing the browning, please let us know.
