After trying out a sample of green tea and reading posts here, I am ready to buy green tea extract. Do people have any recommendation that have little caffeine? I'm getting dizzy reading all the green tea products.

Country Life makes green tea extract, minus the caffeine.

Theanine (suntheanine) is made from green tea and is calming. That is why green tea is less stimulating than coffee or other teas, because of its theanine content. You can buy theanine and it is in a lot of supplements.

Yes. I recommend Body Ecology liquid green tea extract. It is caffeine AND fluoride free! Most other brands of green tea are high in fluoride, because the plant naturally accumulats high amounts. I believe fluoride is bad for your health based on the research I have done.
Also, like a poster above said. Theanine is really cool too, you can spike your green tea w/it. You can get cheap bulk powder of suntheanine brand theanine from a site called 'Beyond a century'.
