Hi,
Im totally freaking out please help me!!!

Two nights ago, i felt something in my jeans...a small pinching...
As it was not the first time i had something on me that can look like a nymphh, i directly went see my boyfriend...I took of my jjeans, and what was on my thigh??
2 blood points, with in a little black thing, and a little little other...impossible to say it's ticks, cause two small, but i did call insects specialists to know if something else can go in the skin like this, and said NOO!!!

I had never heard that a tick (or nymph bite) can make blooding but this is what happen to me...just a bit, like as when it went trought the skin...

But the worst in that is that i don't even go out of my home, except fo my appointments.. so it would be here, my cat would have bring it, and it would be in the house...

He doesn't go outside since maby 2 weeks now, i know i have lyme since a month, very sick since fall but problem since cherry picking 4 years ago...

So, i could have ticks in my home...
[Frown]
I touch my big black long hair cat and don't find a big engorged tick.
I don't see it on the floor, but my appartment is very big and old so there is holes in the walls, it could be everywhere...

I'm to tally freaking out, here in Canada, no stuff for tick for cats, and he doesn,t go outside anyway, i think it is already there...

My family treat me bad already with my lyme, now my mom knowing that thinks that my problem is psychiatrict. I SWEAR NOT" my boyfriend is freaking too, just that we don't see it is an insect as it is so small and it broke when he took it off...It was not engorged at all, but it seems it can be nothing else...

I felt it!!!

Please, opinion please!!!

Or idea to test if i have...Thanks for helping me please...

Did you take pictures? Always a good idea to take pictures right away.

If you are in treatment, mention this to your LLMD - call them today. Your abx treatment could very well 'cover' the bite.

They have flea and tick repellents for cats - Frontline is one I buy, just put it on once per month, buy it on Ebay or any other online pet store.

Honestly though, nymphs are so small, they can attach to you walking across your yard and you can bring them in.

I honestly don't know what to say..except I hope you took pictures and to contact your LLMD.

So sorry your mom is unsupportive...tell her to visit a Lyme forum, there are millions of us that must be crazy.

Take care.

well-i'm sure others will answer-but here are some thoughts-some good...some bad.

1) most times we don't feel them attach...there is info out there that says they put a numbing substance on you first so you don't feel it---but maybe some do feel them

2) then there's the whole morgellons thing-i don't know enough about that to talk about it

3) then there's parasites...

4) and i think in neuro lyme you get that sensation

4) i have felt creepy things crawling on me for years...it is a symptom i think...and mostly i don't see anything...but lately it is worse and more often and i know lots of people would think i was crazy...but like the poster said under "too many ticks" ...it's not paranoid if its real...

also the drops of blood...i know if i bump or shave over a skin tag or pechiae (sp) they often bleed...but usually a lot.

hope someone else has better info

i guess i have more to say:

i wonder if the neem products you can get at the health food store would work on cats...they work the best for me next to permethrins -which you can't use on cats

also...the title of your post "are these nymphs" reminds me of when i saw a cat with tons of nymphs attached to her eyes...all around the edges...they are the same color as the skin so it's hard to see them but when you do...yuk!

and now i wonder about growths on my dog...big black freckly things that have bumps on them now...and i wonder if the bumps are nymphs

Sure could be a tick. You can order Frontline online. Just Google it.

Can you make your cat an indoor cat??

He could have nymphs on him too. Doesn't have to be a large engorged tick.

Yes, but so then i have infestation in my home???
It is reproducing, so why do i don't see big one....
Can't believe... [Frown]

I should do a pesticides shoot though, i know it is not good for health but i can live with ticks...They are doing babies, so if my cat didn't go outside for 2 weeks now, there must be a thousand in my home...

But one day they must become bigger, or engorged...

Did someone already see a nymph on his animal?

Im already very sad, paniqued with Bartonella. and even suicidal and with
that, it was too much...
