In conjuction with antibiotics and herbs, etc.
does anyone have any other alternative things
they do to help with the Lyme disease? I'm
wondering about massage, etc. I need more than
just being on pills. What do some of you do?
Thanks.

Hot baths that make you sweat. I add epsom salt and baking soda and I fine them SO relaxing and they help my mind and body.
So as not to get bored and to try and stay in for at least 30-45 minutes, I bought a portable cd player with earphones and I rent books on cd.
This is what I look forward to every night. It is my time to "feel normal". I light candles, have a back rest and I put on those headphones and just block out the world.
The buggers HATE the heat so you're doing some killing and you're sweating out toxins, too. So this is therapeutic yet enjoyable.
