I've been using a supplement containing Astaxanthin. I theorized it would give a person greater ability to be out in the sun without sunscreen and without burning. In the process, spending more time in the sunlight would provide more vitamin D. As well as getting other benefits from being out in the sun longer.
Is this folly on my part or is there something to it?
