I had derealization really bad while I was taking Ambien and also not getting any sleep.

Secondary Porphyria due to die off. Take charcoal, questran etc...away from antibiotics and it will go away.

djf2005,

What medications helped you? I started minocycline last Oct and it's only made me worse. I'm adding azithromycin in a few weeks. I've had dp/dr for over 15 years. A total nightmare.

bicillin was the clincher.

MANY many meds though.

comprehensive protocol that addressed and still does address everything.

provigil helps me function daily now
