I agree with doing the non-HP first. The high potency (HP) one pulls lots of things that you may not be ready for. I don't think I agree that it is gentle. Maybe relative to DPMS or DMSA, etc. but it is a powerful detoxifier.

In the full Cowden, you only take zeolites (regular or HP) once every 3 days - at night before bed. I haven't actually felt it doing much but the protocol is for 6 months.
Sometimes, I feel like I'm herxing alot & other days I just feel the same as usual. I've been on it for about 2 months. I have noticed that I feel more tired. I think this is a good sign.
I also take chlorella.

Thanks, everyone. I am going to check with LLMD before my husband starts on the Zeolite HB. I know that I wrote down his instructions correctly because I read it back to him. But I'm very nervous about the potential reaction to pulling out the metals.

Not to hijack your thread but has anyone taken ZeoActive8 drops?
I just did my first dose last night. I was wondering if there were any comments about it. I was told to use it to pull out heavy metals and I am suppose to take it every night.

What about replenishing minerals whilst on this protocol--were you given instructions on how to do that? Is this done with abx?

If you're referring to the Cowden protocol - you take trace minerals throughout the day & magnesium twice a day.
I also take a multi-vitamin but it's not part of the protocol.
