I wouldn't waste money on Essiac. I tried Essiac, had heard about it originally over15 years ago when a friend had breast cancer. I got a few bottles and tried it. I normally eat a pretty clean diet, no sugar or sugar substitues (lymie bugs love sugar and nasty chemicals, they cause an acidic condition and bacteria lives well in it) no caffeine, no processed foods, etc. Better to eat a healthy diet. Drink lots of water. Take a little apple cider vinegar (unfiltered, bot pasturized (Bragg's is a good brand) in the morning. Drink chlorophyll and green drinks like Barley Life, Green Magma (if you add your tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to your green drink (there is also one called Super Food, haven't had that one in awhile but it tastes very good) your green drink will taste a little like V-8. I enjoy mine like that the best. Also look into the book by a guy, last name Young I think "The pH Miracle". We need an alkaline blood environment to beat the Lymie buggies. Hope this makes sense and will be of some help.
