Does anyone use the brand allergy resarch group cats claw? I have been taking for a couple of months and doing ok with it. Wondering if I should switch to nutrimedix since i see it is recommended a lot.

Thoughts?

If anyone is using ARG, how much do you take?

I have never used either product but Allergy Research is known for their good quality in general and they have a health practitioner/lymie on their staff.

Maybe when you run out, you could try Nutramedix & make a comparison.

I'm sure people would be interested in your findings.

I like the Nutramedix products but I haven't tried Allergy Research Cat's Claw.

There is alot of info about TOA-free vs. with TOA on the internet. I don't know if AR uses TOA-free Cat's Claw.

I tried a cheap Cat's Claw from the health food store a while back & it didn't seem to do much. I think you have to use the better quality of this product to get results.

I take it (we likely have the same doctor). The one I take is the capsule form, and I take one capsule a day (375 mg).

Sparkle, the AR cat's claw, at least the capsule form, is TOA-free.

The max dose I've maintained for any period of time is what I'm on currently, 1 capsule daily. I tried bumping it up to 2 per day several months ago, and I didn't feel like I was able to tolerate it well enough. It would be conceivable I would try to bump it up again soon, but I'm currently looking into changing my overall direction in treatment.

I used it for months- my initial herx was strong. It is the brand my LLMD recommends- it is TAO free. I took the capsules 2 per day.

I've been on it (Allergy Research's Prima Una de Gato) close to 4 years now , and off antibiotics 3 1/2 yrs. I take 2 a day. Sometimes pulse it during weekdays only, and periodically go off for a couple weeks.

The first dose (of half a capsule) had me herxing within 30 minutes.
