Can caprylic acid be taken at the same time as antibiotics or probiotics? If it must be separated, what interval is recommended? Many thanks, Viva

I read very recently that you should space caprylic acid away from abx. Can't remember where I read it. Hopefully you're not taking abx 4x/day like me. Makes it tough to fit everything... I'd give it the 2 hour cushion.
