Anyone know what it means if you don't herx again?

I am on 2g/day IV rocephin and herxed badly 5 days into treatment which lasted for 2 weeks. I have been well since and my symptoms have all gone

This normally happens with abx for me. I have now been on abx for 6 weeks and am waiting for my next herx. But my doc is stopping the IV abx in 2 weeks.

Should I have herxed again by now? I am worried the abx are no longer strong enough or I need to try combined abx.

Any ideas or similar experiences are welcomed

Lyme for 7 years. Various low doses oral doxy, amoxil, erythromicin. IV rocephin 2g/day 2 months.
