For the past several years, I've periodically had some red bumps appear on the right side of my stomach. I have also noticed them on the lower part of my legs.

These bumps are slightly raised--and they are quite small. They disappear afer about one week. I get them periodically throughout the year. They don't hurt.

Tonight, after finishing a work-out at the gym, I noticed a rash on my left shoulder. The rash is slightly painful and consists of blotches (different than the dots).

Two tiny spots are present on my right shoulder as well.

I stopped taking meds a few days ago to prep for a parasite test. I had been taking Mepron and Zith (along with supplements).

One symptom that has been acute over the past few days is left arm and shoulder pain (sort of like a bone pain, throbbing at times). Possible connection with the rash?

I am a bit concerned about shingles--although I've never had them before. Does anyone have ideas on this?

Unfortunately, I do not have the necessary equipment to post a photo.

I'm wondering if it is coincidence that the rash appears on my left shoulder when left arm pain has been an ongoing symptom (to varying degrees) over the past year.

Also, I took a homeopathic remedy (classical homeopathy) about three weeks ago.
