HI! [hi]

Looking for info on what experience you have had on stopping IV - by choice.

I heard 3 months IV for every year of lyme.

Are there other general guidelines being used? Percent improvement? Are some symptoms more important than others to have under control? Like CNS!

When you have stopped IV, what treatments did you continue? I guess this would also depend on what you were taking IV!

Thanks!

Hi, I have not done IV but I have know that many follow up with IM shots, like Bicillin L-A.

Take care.

A good thing to do is while you are getting close to the end of IV's add Bicllin IM shots in with them and stay on IV's and IM's until the herxes get to almost nothing...

I would run a CD-57 test and a Fry Labs test (w/smear) to check to see how your immune system is and how your cells are looking and if bartonella is evident. I would also rerun an Igenex test as well to check for titers.

I know too many people who got off IV's too soon.... don't make that mistake.
