I take about 3000mg/day + 1500mg of Vit.C

Is this a good dose or should I increase either/or or both?

Hi Groovy~ I take it for pain. I have been taking for about 4+ years now. It is also a fantastic detoxer and anti-inflammatory.

My doc suggested it years ago and it def. has helped me with the above. [Smile]

Do you think it is an anti-inflammatory because it kills the germs that create the inflammation? I'm just curious cause some MMS is being sent to me
