I haven't been test by igenex or any other lab besides at the local hospital but I got a copy of my test results today and I need help figuring out what all it says. 3/28/08
tularemia- neg at 1:64
tularemia igm- neg at 1:64
EHR Chaff IGG- neg
EHR Chaff IGM- neg
* igg titers if 1:64 or greater indicate exposure or acute and convalescent samples showing a four- fold increase, and or the presence of IgM indicate recent or current infection.
Lyme disease AB- 0.91 -- (neg) 0.00-0.90
(equivocal) 0.91-1.09
(positive) >1.09
Note: the CDC currently advises that Western Blot testing be performed following all equivocal or positive EIA results.

seems to me you may have RMSF AND/OR Lyme disease. Your Lyme ELISA is equivacol and the doc needs to run a Lyme western blot. In the interim, there is enough info. there to warrant antibiotic treatment in the interim (since the western blot will take a couple of weeks).
I'm not sure of this but it may be possible that one disease could cross react with another. Eitherway, seems to me there is a high likelihood that you have some tick-borne disease. I'm assuming of course that you have symptoms.....get yourself to a doctor who really understands these tests.
