I recently have been having trouble with swelling in my lower extremities. As well as pain behind my knees.

I have also had some shoulder pain. I also just got over excrutiatiating neck pain, headache and pain at the base of my skull. Which has lasted since last Tues.

Today my Therapist came to my house to work on me. Lucky for me she lives just 5min from my house. [Big Grin]

While lying on my stomache she noticed brusing on the back of my knees. I told her that is odd. I did not bump myself there or anything. However they have been hurting.

She took a picture of it with her cellphone. Later on she noticed brusing on my shoulder and under my arm area. [Eek!] I also had a lot of pain deep withen the joint. Which ran down my arm, into my forearm.

My Chiropracter/Kinesiologist said that the Lyme is really concentrated in those areas right now. He did the muscle testing on me. That is how he found the Lyme. When none of the Ducks figured it out. [Roll Eyes]

He said those two areas are really toxic right now. Especially behind the knees. He said that it basically caused the capilaries to swell and burst behind the knees. Has this happened to anyone else?

Also, the Fibro and Fatigue Clinic called me yesterday. My IgeneX came back Positive for Lyme. They also called me today and I missed their call. They want to get me in earlier than the 22nd of this month.

I am now wondering about the coinfections for Babs and Erilichia. I am willing to bet my paycheck they are positive as well.

I would try to get in there as quickly as possible, so that they can take a look at the bruising.

The swelling/bruising/pain combo happening all at once sounds like something that should be checked out, IMO.

I hope it turns out to be nothing major. [group hug]

Thanks. The nurse called yesterday. I will be going in tomorrow instead of the 22nd.

Only thing is, I am going to try and fly to Ft. Worth instead of drive the 5hrs. I have been up ALL night!!! [Eek!]
