Can anyone recommend a safe, but effective means to detox? I am already drinking tons of water.

Thank you!

I love my FIR sauna. It always makes me feel great.

You can also do detox baths. Ingredients include sea salt or epsomsalt and some add hyrdogen peroxide.

Add lots of fresh squeezed lemon to your water (wash lemons thoroughly).

Hot baths with Epsom Salts and Baking Soda.

The baths are my personal fave. [Wink]

iv or oral glutithione.

milk thistle will help support your liver which will enable your body to detox faster.

b12 (methylcobalamin)

warm baths to work up a sweat if u cannot exercise.
be careful of the epsom salts though with magnesium and its relation to bartonella.

there are many means to detox. do a search and youll find a lot of good info.

good luck

derek

My doc recommends Burbur from the Cowden protocol. Available through www.Nutramedix.com.

When I'm having a very symptomatic day, I can take it every 10 minutes until symptoms are relieved for up to 4 hours.

I love the baths too, at first i was really tired right after and felt better later but now that im further along in recovery i feel the benefits even faster (hoping that means i have less toxins) my own recipes is : 16 oz bottle hydrogen peroxide,
3 cups Epsom Salts,
1/4 cup sea salt,
1 cup baking soda,
5/6 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 drop lemongrass

i love them because they are so relaxing and they take the pressure off my glands etc at one point i was so clogged with toxins i had a lump under my arm and i did lots of epsom salts bath and got rid of it, that convinced me!
