I love my FIR sauna. It always makes me feel great.
You can also do detox baths. Ingredients include sea salt or epsomsalt and some add hyrdogen peroxide.

My doc recommends Burbur from the Cowden protocol. Available through www.Nutramedix.com.
When I'm having a very symptomatic day, I can take it every 10 minutes until symptoms are relieved for up to 4 hours.

I love the baths too, at first i was really tired right after and felt better later but now that im further along in recovery i feel the benefits even faster (hoping that means i have less toxins) my own recipes is : 16 oz bottle hydrogen peroxide, 3 cups Epsom Salts, 1/4 cup sea salt, 1 cup baking soda, 5/6 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 drop lemongrass
i love them because they are so relaxing and they take the pressure off my glands etc at one point i was so clogged with toxins i had a lump under my arm and i did lots of epsom salts bath and got rid of it, that convinced me!
