Hi. I was on Bactrim DS 2 X a day and Rifampin 150mg 2 X a day for 2 months. I was on Bactrim for a month by itself before I added Rifampin.

After about 3 days when I added Rifampin, I started to herx on and off. I noticed an improvement after the herxing stopped, which was after about 3 weeks into the first month.

Here is my full story which includes everything that I've been on:

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.

Mike

Rifampin 600mg qd
Bactrim DS Bid
Roxithromycin 300mg bid
Diflucan 100mg bid
minocycline 100mg bid

Mother of a herx, then strong improvement.

Took these for several months. Multiple herxs.
Still on Rifampin, bactrim DS and Roxy plus others now.
