Hi!

Warning: TMI [Wink] [Wink] [Wink]

I have bumps on my skin that I don't think are quite pimples. I think they are likely from my body detoxifying through my skin.

I was wondering if any of you know how to get rid of them.

They are starting to come on my face, which is really embarrassing. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. [group hug]

I have some on my forehead and upper cheast. They are either from the heat (it is 110 out here right now) or detox. I have never had these little bumps before.

Rx's needed but these help mine the most:

TOPICAL TREATMENT:

Benzaclin
Clindagel

Also, detox, detox, detox

I found out that I had the biotoxin gene so taking cholestyramine has helped my toxin acne tremendously.

The good news: It's definitely temporary. Been there done that a couple of times.

Best,
