I took 3-4 bottles over 3 months. I had loose bowels in the beginning, but I overall I didn't notice anything else - good or bad.

I'm on it right now - with the full Cowden.
I'm pretty sure I don't have Babs, but I am working on getting rid of my parasites and did pass a major "critter" about 15 days in.

I've also passed many major "critters" LOL.
I don't know how much it helps with babs as I'm also on Mepron, Zith and art. I know that when I was on Malarone, Lariam, Art, Enula, it wasn't enough for my babs ..... but I think Enula is good overall for many things.

i have been on enula since march 5. i am also on the limited cowden (cumanda, quina, samento). i thought that the enula was working at first, but now, after four months i am feeling worse. more bad days than good. i am on no other medication (except dmsa for heavy metals for two more months). i still have fatigue, malaise, night sweats, pressure in head.
