Not meaning to sound over dramatic, but today I asked God to fix me or kill me, just please stop the torture.

I have pooped on myself twice in my sleep! I have gas and diarhea really bad today and now I am scared to go to sleep tonight!

HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM?

THIS IS THE CULMINATION OF 56 YEARS ON THIS EARTH, POOPING THE BED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I try not to, but I cry alot. After 5 years of feeling horrible, IT JUST GETS WORSE.

My dog is getting depressed just from hanging around me. I would love to take her for a walk but my behind is so sore and I am so tired, just cannot do it.

Will stick with treatment because there is no hope of getting to other side if I don't.
Current Doc only prescribed 30 days of Doxy, so need to do something fast, just can't make a decision about anything.

Thanks for the PMs regarding Texas doctors, just can not make any decisions right now, but will as soon as I can think straight.

Are you taking lots of acidophilus? Antibiotics can cause diarrhea if you don't replace the good bacteria.

S.boularrdi is another species of good bacteria that can help with diarrhea. It is a good yeast.

Also try adding something like apple pectin fiber or activated charcoal capsules to help absorb any G.I. toxins.

Desitin ointment that is used for diaper rash can be helpful as well.

Hubby has had "accidents" before , but his episodes were all seizure related I think.

Hang in there.

I'm so sorry.

Definitely be taking Probiotics. You need those when you are on antibiotics. I liked taking them even before I was on antibiotics because they are so good for your gut.

Also please please please get to a lyme literate doctor. Doxy can help, but it really won't do much if you are at an advanced stage of lyme... and having less control of bowels could definitely be a later stage of lyme.

call your LLMD immediately. You need to watch out for a rare type of diarhia that is caused as a result of the antibiotics..

You need to do more then just add in more asodophlis there are other things u need to take. Call your doctor.

Thanks Bea. I really couldn't discuss this anywhere else in the world.

Theradophilus is the probiotic I take at bed time, it has Lactobacillus acidolphus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and Bifidobacterium longum in it.

Sounds like I need some more, will look into your suggestions if you think for one second it will help.

From what I have read 17 days into antibiotics is the worse time!
