I had a tick removed from me 2 months ago and a few weeks later tested positive for LD and was treated with 2 weeks of doxy.

After this treatment,I tested positive again and then had 2 more weeks of doxy. I still don't feel quite right (very tired, stiff neck and muscles)

I have an appointment with an LLMD, but I recently developed an ache on my left side where I believe my spleen is located.

It's the same kind/location of ache I had when I had mono a few years back( which leads me to believe its my spleen).

Has anyone else experienced this symptom?

According to my LLMD, babesia is rough on the spleen. Have you been tested for co-infections (esp. babesia and bartonella)?

Also, many people with Lyme disease have reactivated Epstein Barr Virus (which causes mono). You probably have both going on right now. Might request your EBV titers to be retested.

Yes, I was tested for co-infections but was told I do not have any. Thanks for your help! [Smile]

Yes, I get that pain.

I tested negative for coinfections, which is common since the tests don't test for all the strains. I was clinically diagnosed with both babesia and bartonella.

I'm glad you have an appt. with an LLMD.
