Also, many people with Lyme disease have reactivated Epstein Barr Virus (which causes mono). You probably have both going on right now. Might request your EBV titers to be retested.

Yes, I get that pain.
I tested negative for coinfections, which is common since the tests don't test for all the strains. I was clinically diagnosed with both babesia and bartonella.
I'm glad you have an appt. with an LLMD.
